The Crunchy Kitchen is a small-batch organic ice cream business operated by Alyse Horowitz as a sole proprietorship in St. Johns County, Florida (RiverTown community). These Terms govern your use of our website crunchy-kitchen.com and any services we provide.
All orders are placed through our website. Payment is collected via Venmo before order fulfillment. Orders are fulfilled in the sequence received and subject to availability of weekly small-batch quantities. If we are unable to fulfill an order, a full refund will be issued.
Prices are listed per pint. Quantities are limited and subject to change weekly. Once a flavor is sold out, it is no longer available until it is reintroduced.
Orders are currently pickup-only within the RiverTown community of St. Johns, FL. Pickup details (location, time window) are sent via text message after order confirmation. Customers are responsible for picking up orders within the specified window; unclaimed orders may be forfeit without refund after the window closes.
Our ice cream contains milk, cream, egg yolks, and organic sugar. Mix-ins may include gluten, nuts, coffee, or other allergens depending on the flavor. Flavor ingredient descriptions are provided on crunchy-kitchen.com. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering. Products are made in a home kitchen.
By subscribing via phone or placing an order, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages including flavor drop notifications, order confirmations, and pickup updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full SMS terms.
Referral discounts ($5 off) apply only to new customers' first orders. Referrer credits are applied to the referrer's next order after the referee successfully places a first order. Promo codes have individual terms, expiration dates, and usage limits as specified at the time of issuance. Discounts are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Orders may be cancelled or modified by contacting us before fulfillment begins (typically the day before pickup). Refunds for cancellations are issued via Venmo. Once an order has been prepared, refunds are at our discretion.
You agree to use crunchy-kitchen.com for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, place fraudulent orders, or misuse our messaging or ordering systems. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or remove subscribers at our discretion.
The Crunchy Kitchen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the purchase price of that order.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of St. Johns County, Florida.
