When you sign up for flavor notifications, we collect your first name, last name, phone number, and optionally your flavor preferences.
We use your information solely to notify you when new ice cream flavors are available each week. We may also send you a welcome message when you first sign up and referral program updates. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to any third parties.
The Crunchy Kitchen sends two types of text messages, each with its own separate consent path:
Marketing messages (flavor drop notifications and promotional offers): You consent to receive these by checking the consent box on our subscribe form at crunchy-kitchen.com/signup. This consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase.
Transactional messages (order confirmations, pickup details, and order status updates): You consent to receive these by placing an order and providing your phone number at checkout. These messages relate only to orders you have placed.
Message frequency: Up to 5 marketing messages per week. Transactional messages are sent only in connection with your orders.
Message & data rates: Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. You can also unsubscribe online at crunchy-kitchen.com/unsubscribe.
Supported carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and all major US carriers.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are only shared with our SMS service provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of message delivery.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a hosted database platform with encryption at rest and in transit. We retain your information only as long as you remain a subscriber.
We use Twilio to deliver text notifications. These services process your data according to their own privacy policies.
You can request to view, update, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
